Introducing AlpacApp
Today, we’re very excited to introduce AlpacApp, a modern Website Builder that features some unique features.
There are already plenty of Website Builders out there, why do we need a new one?
AlpacApp was built to solve a pain that many web designers and developers encounter:
- Lack of flexibility
All modern platforms nowadays offer the common building blocks that you can drop into the editor to build your pages. The issue is that you can find yourself needing something more custom. Something tailored to your specific needs.
While this becomes a dead-end with other platforms, AlpacApp enables you to create your own blocks. You can even download them and share them if you want. This powerful feature gives you the power to build anything you can think of. AlpacApp is expandable.
Another issue that often arises is the lack of design customizability that other platforms provide. AlpacApp provides you with a powerful Click Customizer tool. You can click on any element in the page and start making design changes to it. You may want to change the text color, add a border radius, or maybe a blur effect when the element is hovered. Endless possibilities.
- Being platform locked
One major issue with other platforms is that once you build a website with them, you are locked forever. They can change their policies or pricing and there’s nothing you can do about it.
With AlpacApp, we have a different vision. You own the websites and designs you build. This means that you should be able to export them and host them on your own if you ever want to. We built a one-click export button that allows you to easily export your whole website including the CSS, HTML, Javascript and even the image assets that are used. This allows you to host them on our own servers if you wish.
The export feature is also very handy for building static landing pages. - Built-in Notion Integration
AlpacApp features a built-in Notion integration allowing you to write your content in your favorite writing tool while designing the website directly in AlpacApp.
This becomes even more obvious now that Notion has some powerful AI capabilities that really facilitate content creation. - Highly Customizable
Another common problem with other Website Builders is the lack of customizability. You often need to resort to a web designer or web developper to make some simple tweaks. With AlpacApp, this is no longer a problem, if you want to change the style of the element, simply choose the click Customizer tool, select the element and start making your style changes, it can’t get easier than that.
